Start
- Click the Login link at the top of the page.
- Enter your email address and log in.
- Once you’re logged in, click the View B2B Portal Demo button.
- We’ll set up your demo B2B account as Main Contact automatically.
- When it’s ready, just refresh the page in your browser and you’re good to go!

User Management
Company main contact can invite and manage users on their account.
To add a new team member:
1. Click Users
2. Click Add New User and enter their details (name + email) and location permissions.
To update a team member’s access, click Edit next to their name and adjust their permissions. -
Location Management
Create, edit and delete locations and edit permissions for users.
-- Create new shipping locations for your company.
- Edit existing locations (update names, addresses, or settings).
- Delete locations that are no longer in use.

Roles & Permissions
Create custom roles to better manage access across your team.
Custom roles allow the main contact to assign extended permissions for managing users and locations, enabling multiple team members to help administer the account while maintaining full control over access levels.
To add a new custom role:- Click Roles & Permissions.
- Click Add New Role, then enter the role details (name and description) and select the permissions it should have.
To update an existing role, click Edit next to its name and adjust the permissions as needed.
